These terms govern access to and use of the website app-verifactu.c2developers.com (the "Website"), which serves as the management portal of the Verifactu service. Accessing or using the Website implies knowledge and acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Website.

The code, design, trade marks, logos, texts, graphics and documentation of the Website belong to C2Developers S.I. or to the third parties that have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. The relationship between C2Developers S.I. and the users of the Website is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts of Pamplona, without prejudice to the jurisdiction that may apply to a consumer under mandatory law.
